Outdoor Wednesday - Crestline, CA...on the way to Big Bear

Yep I'm still here!  I have been so busy with enjoying my summer and getting ready for this new role I've claimed that blogging has taken a backseat.  I love to blog but I need to find a more efficient way to convey photos and stories.  Mostly my blogging has been a way to let Momma know what's going on around here so that she doesn't get so home sick, but a little of it has been the long forgotten dream of "being a writer". When I was in the 9th grade, Mrs. Harding, my English composition teacher told me I had the soul of a true poet...I never forgot that and started to see myself writing  a book one day...it runs in the family, Momma is an excellent writer and Baby Girl has an untapped gift...I think someday it will find her.  For me this blog has been a little of chasing the forgotten dream...it will happen one day...for now, I have this and I love it. Perhaps when Momma is back home I will give it up or I will make it more...but I do love the community, I love all of the inspiring bloggers who actually stop by and leave comments...I get giddy at knowing that you all like my photos and even laugh at my musings...it is a gift that I cannot ever say thank you enough for...but thank you anyway.  So on to Outdoor Wednesday, I do love spying all of the beautiful blogs over at a Southern Daydreamer...so much eye-candy!  Here's a little of my own...this was on the way to Big Bear - I was taking CuzzyA there for the day...we never made it but we had fun on the journey...isn't that what it's all about after all...enjoy!

Isn't that the cutest little Nursery you have ever seen?!  I just had to share, I hope you enjoyed the tiny tour.  Well, I'm off to lunch and thrifting with the girls..tata for now!

The tour was lovely... one last glimpse of summer before it ends. School starts here soon, so I'm taking my girls out to lunch and a bit of shopping to mark the occasion. :o)
