It's Outdoor Wednesday over at a Southern Daydreamer and as usual all the bloggers have beautiful posts. I did not get to post quite as much as I wanted to last week because I was busy making sure all my time was spent with family...sorry. Speaking of which, this little Mill trip was actually planned for last Wednesday but Prince Charming and Baby Girl flew in as a surprise (Bubba couldn't get the days off) so Momma had to come up with an elaborate reason we couldn't go until Friday. I am so glad we waited for them.
The Clifton Mill was built in 1804 - it is a grain Mill. The light display features over 3.5 Million lights! All the lights go dark every 30 minutes and then there is an beautiful dancing light show set to music..it's fantastic!
The covered bridge becomes even more beautiful all decked out in Christmas lights!
The working water wheel is even covered in lights.

There is a real waterfall by the water wheel.
My favorite was the Drive-in...can you see what is "playing" on the screen? It was really working! They even have a swing set in the front!
